What gaming headset should I get?

If you have the cash go with Astro. But you should wait on buying a headset until the new consoles ship in November. That way you get every thing you need to change over to next gen.

I prefer the Triton's 720+ over the Turtle Beaches mainly for the comfort. I've tried both high end sets and no difference in sound. People say Triton's break easy which I call BS.... unless your hard on your gear you use there solid for the price.

Turtle beaches arent bad but they wear after about half a year, to a year.

My limit is much less than 300 (80 max, preferably 70)
