What game to buy?

I actually played halo reach tonight and played some mp. It wasn't hard to get into a match and it had enough players. But the map packs are kinda dead and so is anniversary.

 

I installed Warface, but had to delete Fallout 3 to make room.

Even though Reach's map packs are dead, it still seems like an option.

 

Yeah. The only other problem I have with reach is that alot of community content has been added to At least half of the good playlists. ( zombies, griffball, invasion?) But it's still a great and pretty balanced game. The ranking system is also good ( I'm
a general g1) You can also customize your spartan with alot of armor.

 

So uh, Warface isn't an option. I'm 2-3 hours in and already bored.

In regards to Reach, the customization looks awesome as I do have Anniversary and got to taste a bit of Reach's multiplayer.

 

I'm not sure if GTAV is still 50% off, but I almost dropped my controller when I noticed it. I've been having way too much fun with it.

 

I saw the GTAV sale and almost dropped my controller as well. Sadly, I didn't have the 30$ then and added the amount a day after the discount ended.

 

Hi there! From reading what you're looking for, I definitely recommend Halo 4. If you're unfamiliar with Halo, it's actually quite a nice place to start. It did somewhat upset some of us Halo fans that have been playing since the first game, but since it's
a new company making the game, it won't be an alien experience for you. I know you're looking for multiplayer, but I want to refer you to the campaign. Halo has always had a rich story, far more than Call of Duty and lots of others. If you haven't played any
of the games before, there's a handy little video that you can watch to catch you up on the events of the previous games. As far as the multiplayer of Halo 4, it's...good. There is an online presence that meets what you want, so go ahead and try it out! It's
definitely worth your money

 

From all the Halo 4 votes, I think I'll purchase it tomorrow or the next day. And thanks for the info jonthebandgeek, but I uh, Already played all halo's but 4 and own Anniversary so I know Halo has a rich story.

Really the only thing from me purchasing Halo 4 right away is the different gameplay and story. I'll miss fighting grunts and the Flood. Actually, scratch that. I hated the flood.

@Sword - I've been here but there's been A LOT of stuff behind the curtains being worked on that I'm helping with so posting came second to removing crap from reports. That's pretty stable now so normal for me is BACK BABY!!!

On a side note, the Flood freaked me out the first time I saw it. Kind of overwhelming lol

 

Ah yes, but playing Anniversary and switching back and forth from old to new just made things worse for me. All those memories came back in better graphics.

Regarding Halo 4, I took some time and looked up it's multiplayer and heard it isn't as popular as other Halo games, such as Reach. So for now my money is going towards Reach.

 

If you get reach play the campaign, it's really good.

 

I wonder if my Anniversary will convert to Reach, as they both use the same multiplayer. Hopefully I don't have start over again.
