What else I’m I supposed to do?

Hello khaji, that’s the problem I don’t know or have the email that my cousin created that account with because it’s been so long. It’s been years so that email is lost and unfortunately I can’t reset my password because it says I’ve been locked out to sign in due to the password being entered wrong multiple times and it wasn’t till the end when I’m locked and blocked out of the email sign in I remember the password. I’ve also tried to verify it through my console but it just sends me to accountlive.com to reset my password which I can’t do. I even tried putting my cousins phone number instead of his email and that does not work so I don’t know what else to do? Was there a different number I put in other than my cousins, I don’t know this was years ago. Maybe I can get unlocked or unblocked out of the sign in because I finally remember my the password to my cousins email, other than that the forms are not working? It’s as if the forms don’t even get looked through! The key details I provided should have gotten my account back already and I’m sorry Khaji but this was no help at all?! Can I get my questions answered or actual advice on what to do here.

So still no response and days have passed by, I’m assuming my account is lost forever smh. The whole reason I’m reaching out to get this account back again is because fortnite is back and fun again. On the account that I’m trying to recover was the main one for fortnite which has so many skins and so much money put into the account from over the years I’ve played. I miss the account a lot and it frustrates me because is all that money just to waste…. Not to mention those complete useless forms bro my god they do nothing! Even for others in the same boat I’ve read that the forms also didn’t work for them like what is going on are y’all even looking through the forms?! Get me my account back bro there’s literal proof of my Xbox live ID and the money I spent connected to that email. I wish I could just call someone or idk make a solution cuz the forms are not the solution, what else can I do? I ain’t giving up on that account, or refund me all my money or something lol this is ridiculous the Microsoft team don’t care at all.

I removed my account, did a power cycle, and then added it back on after the cycle. It’s still giving me an error. Also, upon signing in it asked if I wanted to sign up for Game Pass Ultimate, which is what I’m already paying for. What else am I supposed
to do? This is ridiculous.
