What does this "Error Status Report" Mean?

So tonight I did a "Test Xbox Live Connection" because when i went to the dashboard after playing a game it said that some of the services were temporarily unavailable or something like that. After I did the test everything came up connected and running
etc, then I noticed something I hadn't seen before. when I had the "test xbox live connection" button highlighted, I noticed it had a "status" option to look at if you pressed Y. I pressed Y then a pop-up appeared and it said "error status report", and it
had a list of some codes and numbers I had never seen before. here's the list. Also, would this list not appear at all if i had absolutely no network/internet problems at all? Or would the status report still be available to look at if I pressed Y?

X:0000 - F001

Y: 20A8 - 48E0

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID FFFF - FFFF

L: 0015 - 10F0

Q: 0015 - 10F1

T: Wired

Then the rest is personal/private info.
