Xbox Tenure

When I click on the Xbox Live Gold tab on my home screen, it shows me a green circle with a 7 in it on the page. I’m pretty sure this means that my gold tenure is 7 years. But when I go to view my profile, it shows a white circle with a 6 in it. What is
the issue here? It is fixable?

It's your tenure. How long you've been a gold member.

What does Xbox Live Mean?

Broke that up a bit for you. Many wont read a wall-o-text. So hopefully you'll now get some responses.
I've been apart of the Xbox Live Community for over 4 years now and it seemed like every aspect of the community was full
filling until the last 4 months. My first and "only" account was suspended permanently due to the sell of accounts. Granted I had only ONE account. I've called the Customer Support team multiple times for them to tell me the same answer, "please go the forums
and post your question there."

So I go to the forums, multiple times, and either they don't approve post, don't reply to my post, or give some generated, answer which leads to another answer. Eventually, when I asked them for any proof of the suspension I get this message, "we aren't allowed
to discuss any evidence of a personal suspension," even though they sent me a message before that saying, "the forums are here to FIND the REASONING behind personal suspensions." So after getting no reply after my last post I decide to take it a step further
by actually calling the Xbox Live Enforcement Team.

After many phone calls over the last 2 months I still haven't received a call back. As of yesterday afternoon the second account that I created after my first one was permanently banned was also permanently banned. Now of course there may be something behind
my banning but I'm honestly not going to waste my time with the same long process to get no legit answer. Of course I know that there are modders, cheaters, and hackers on Xbox Live, I've ran into few of them, but that doesn't mean that every person is a
hacker, cheater, or modder.

My question to the Xbox Live Enforcement Team is, " Do you believe that slapping a permanent ban on every person who you think or know is a cheater/modder/hacker is going to stop doing those things?" And my answer to you is NO, most people who are these cheaters,
modders, and hackers just make another account, or if they made enough money from the other people who paid them for the mods will just by another Xbox. So honestly, you should just step your game up and expose actual people instead of accusing others without
viable proof.

And for those who think that some people have mods, there's many reasons behind thinking so. Wall Hacks: Most people have Turtle Beaches with they could possibly here you behind the wall and shoot you before you come around. Sprint speed: honestly either
you or the host has terrible connection and when you see somebody skipping across the map; that's called LAG. And then of course if somebody is spamming infinite bullets and flying through walls and above the map, of course that is a hacker.

To my main point now, Xbox Live really means that you pay and waste your money on a community which nobody really likes you, never really offers you help, and gives out offers to cover many of their screw-ups or to so called please you until another break-out
of how wrong they were. And with the Xbox Live Enforcement Team, they really aren't an enforcement team, they really are a bunch of bullies that say what you want, but do what they want. Now they even of some so called service where anybody could be apart
of the "So called" enforcement team where you just determine if a gamertag is offensive or not.

Honestly, you don't even know how scared I am to actually put something in my bio because I may possibly get banned permanently for it. It's funny because in their code of conduct, they say that they can permanently ban someone if needed. In other word's
they can ban you permanently in hopes you pay for another subscription, and if you ask why they ban you they'll tell you, "we can't give you evidence." In the end, Xbox Live may be a savior for some people or maybe a money greedy, big baby, no snitchin' burden
on others. All I ask for is just to be fair on your judgement and actually "Ask question first!"
I didn't but there's apparently something happening that they just decide to permanently ban me. And will i get an answer, no. And Xbox live means, they don;t care about you. they just want those dividends.
You may post in
this forum
for an answer as to why you were banned. If you have already done so, there is no need to repost.
