What does the Scales of Justice mean?

For future reference - any questions related to issues and concerns regarding enforcement and enforcement actions on Xbox Live should be looked at only on the Xbox Enforcement website. The Enforcement website is the most trustworthy and reliable source for this kind of stuff. https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US Support agents and community people who answer questions cannot do anything about enforcement things or really comment on enforcement things.

I, myself, don't personally know as my experience with enforcement has been very limited in my Xbox career. It most likely means what you have said it does - I couldn't find much info on the symbols. In order to see you previous enforcement action history, log in to the enforcement website and find that dashboard and it should tell you.

The enemies don't scale. If you don't have enough strength/intelligence/faith/dexterity, you won't be able to do any damage to enemies in the next area. You need to put stats into one of these 4 modifiers in order to do enough damage to newer enemies.

Strength does not increase speed with heavy weapons, just their damage; that is if the weapon scales with strength. You can tell what a weapon scales with if you go into your inventory and push x. There will be 4 icons, each with an A B C D or E. A means
it scales with that stat a lot while E means the opposite.

That account has been made on the Zune Network. Any account with friends etc and has that gamerpic is because of Zune.

Once you press the reset button on your router or modem please wait 30 seconds before turning it back on.
