What does that mean "included with EA Access" on gold offers at xbox store?

The tag "included with [Service name]" is indicating that if you have that particular service, you can get it for free or at a reduced cost. Subscribing to the given service is not required to purchase the content, although you may not get it for the same
price as those who do have it.

As said above there is only one storefront on Xbox, the Xbox Store. That said, EA Access does exist on Xbox which gives you free access to an obnoxious amount of games from EA’s back catalog for free. The thing that the Epic Games Store is doing with free
games is also extremely similar to what you get for free with Xbox Live Gold Games With Gold, AND the arkham collection plus the lego batman games (which are the 6 games Epic has given away) are free with Gamepass

If you mean store credit (a Xbox store voucher) then yes.

Xbox or Microsoft store credit can be used against any item in the store, even if it's already discounted through specials, games with gold or a subscription discount such as Games Pass or EA Access.

It's in the description of the game.
