What does one have to do to get the Games for Windows Marketplace fixed already?!

Seriously, what does one have to do? How much does one have to beg? It's been over 2 years since the Games for Windows Marketplace could last retrieve and let us download our past purchases that we paid REAL MONEY for. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!!

I'm really not going to sugar coat this anymore. I really don't care that I posted about this same topic a few months ago. Whoever locked my post back then has absolutely no grounds for his or her claims.

Microsoft PROMISED in August 2013, after closing the Marketplace, that customers will continue to enjoy their previous purchases from the Games for Windows Marketplace client as usual. NEVER EVER has Microsoft specified a concrete date when this feature
would be deactivated. Therefore Microsoft has the LEGAL OBLIGATION to continue providing us the means to access the content we paid for UNTIL THE END OF TIME (perpetual license, ever heard of that?)
or until Microsoft makes a public announcement with the clear, official and precise date of discontinuation of that feature, which NEVER happened.

What Microsoft has been doing here throughout 2015-2017 on and off and then ongoing since 2018 is PLAIN ROBBERY, THEFT AND FRAUD! Denying access to our paid content is equal to getting scammed. It does NOT matter if it happens right away or two years later
or a million years later, as long as it is not specified anywhere, which it is not. IT IS STILL A SCAM! You are scamming all of your customers who ever bought anything from the Games for Windows Marketplace!

I cannot possibly believe that Microsoft would have the nerve to SILENTLY kill the Games for Windows Marketplace back-end services, completely cutting everyone off from their past purchases. Yes, people do notice and yes, people will rightfully complain!

I read threads from the past when this problem appeared in multiple instances around 2017 and the forum moderators actually took the problem each time to Microsoft staff and Microsoft actually kept repairing it. It mystifies me why it kept happening, but alas,
Microsoft kept fixing it every time. 2017 is really not too long ago. Then around 2018 Microsoft suddenly decided it would be OK to simply never fix this problem again and just started ignoring everyone. IT'S NOT OK AT ALL!!!

I strongly URGE Microsoft to repair the Games for Windows Marketplace in the
very near future and allow us to download our past purchases again. I have been struggling and making great efforts FOR MANY MONTHS to get Microsoft to fix this platform again. I am writing this in the name of everyone who desperately wishes to regain
access to their purchases from there and there are plenty of people in this situation.

If this thread gets locked again right away, just know that you have absolutely no respect and decency to your loyal customers, should be ashamed of yourself and should not be in any position to offer "support" of any kind in these forums.

P.S. If you have absolutely no idea what I am talking about here, do not reply! If you do not know exactly what the "Games for Windows Marketplace" is, do not reply! Do not make uneducated claims or give useless advice. If you are itching to tell me that
GFWL is shut down, please refrain for once and actually go document yourself. I am completely sick of all that ignorant stuff!
This is a very well known issue that only Microsoft can fix on their side.

P.P.S. And while you are at it, please also fix the ZDPP services. People cannot even play some of the games they have on disc because the ZDPP services are no longer functioning and are no longer decrypting their games.
