What does error code 0x80070750 mean

I get this code while I’m tying to update the OS on my Xbox one s, and it has turned my console into an offline brick. I think that it might be on Microsoft’s end, but it could also be a hardrive thing.

So far I’ve

1. Power cycled the console

2. Cleared the cache, local save data, and freed up 30gb of storage space

3.waited an hour and a half to see if ms fixes it

has anyone had something like this before or know how to fix it? Or is it a hard drive issue, in which case I need a new console?

I just want to clarify, do the error codes show as "0x80070750" or "0x80070570"?

I couldn't seem to find the error codes with "0x80070750" but this one "0x80070570" seems to pertain to corrupted files whether it's OS or game data on your device.

Vinicius Independent Advisor posted a solution to a user who had an almost similar issue:

"Try this on your console, please:

First, clean the cache of your console that way:

1. With the console turned on, hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until you hear a small sound.

2. Wait 10 seconds.

3. Turn it back on.

Note: It may take a while for it to turn on, don't worry, it's normal.

Then, restore your console keeping the games and apps:

***IMPORTANT*** If you share accounts with someone, you will have to redo the process of placing the account as the main one again, be aware of the chances you still have to do this, as Microsoft makes available per year, only 5 chances so you can make some account your console's main account. Make Sure to know all passwords and email addresses of your accounts, you will need to log them back in.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the dashboard.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console Information >

3. Select Reset console > Restore and keep my games and apps.

4. When asked to pull settings from an old Xbox, choose no, thanks

5. You will have to log in to your accounts again, and when you sign in with your account, make sure you turn it has your home console also, that's it.

When I Was playing Black ops 2 it Disconected me from x-box Live and asked me to Update it and i did so 2 Mins later

I am having the same error over and over... I tried everything Clear cache remove my HD using a USB drive, formatting them, LB RB + x, USB install, restart console, restart router.

P.S. my xbox has an internal drive, I bought the HS separately

Hello Matteshoe46748. Try restoring your network setting to factory defaults. From the Network Settings screen, select Configure Network, then Additional Settings, then Restore to Factory Defaults. See if that resolves the problem for you and let me know
