    what does "-1 purchase" mean?


    trying to purchase some games, but i has -1 for the price. it starts to download then in flips back to error purchase. why does it have that -1? how can i fix that?

    Edit: Ah yes, my apologies I somehow missed the part about the 360 and followed original answer. Concur with Daft to check billing info and provide specific examples of games to see if there's an unlikely solution.

    Disclaimer: Hard reset originally mentioned is for Xbox One only.

    A "hard reset" will not erase anything on your console (that's more a factory reset you're thinking of).

    To do a hard reset, simply hold the power button until the xbox turns off and then let go.

    This is as opposed to just tapping it to turn it off, or turning it off through various menus.

    To be thorough, it is also best when doing a hard reset to unplug the power cables for 5-15 minutes (to let the power fully drain).

    The hard reset applies to the xbox one,not the 360.

    Usually if the price shows as -1 then it's either a placeholder price or the game has been delisted & is no longer available or not available in your region but was at some point.

    There's nothing you can do to fix this.

    What games are you trying to buy?

    Also,are your account,billing & actual location all the same?

    Have you tried checking for an update? If so try a hard restart for your system just in case. If that doesn't work contact the support team with the issue at hand. To be honest, that's never happened to me before.

    It refers to how much time is left for it to either be released or for the sale to end.
