What do you like Most about your Xbox one ? I suppose my answer for the Good is they put together something already built ready to go that you don't have to tweak..It's optimized really well And it's very stable.

What I hate Most.. The controllers and The money grubbin .And short list of great games as most are way over priced.

The controllers where the left stick gets clickity after time and screws the game up....Why did they make them light years behind the available 360 controllers? Could it be more money when we need new ones..Ubisoft has Both Metro Redux games for a 24.00 dollar
bundle for the PC.You have to spend 120.00 to get that on Xbox

Infact all the PC games are way cheaper and they constantly have sales like 75% off ..I never seen that with Xbox one so far.... Then a friend of mine says that's nothing when Xbox One first came out you couldn't borrow or lend games.. Seriously!!! Well at
least that changed. When is all the other going to change? Or will it??? Will it ever improve or change is the real question?

I'm a little ticked as my controller that I just got don't work at all, And have spent 300 bucks on just a handful of games....I wonder if I should have invested in some other gaming alternative like the pc now that i have been looking into it...

The Xbox One is the best Blu-Ray player that I own

I watch a lot of movies on it, but I don't sign into my gamertag because there is not point in doing so LOL

As far as gaming on the Xbox One is concerned, it is all about Destiny

I wasted $66.00 on Rise Of The Tomb Raider for the Xbox One.

I played ROTTR for about 2 to 3 hours hoping that I would end up liking it, but I haven't touched ROTTR ever since I stopped playing it and I have absolutely zero interest in continuing it.

Overall, my gaming experience on the Xbox One is lackluster but my movie experience on it is great

My gaming experience on the Original Xbox is WAY better than that which I have had on the Xbox One.

The Xbox 360 blows away the Original Xbox in terms of gaming experience for me

What do you like the most about your Xbox One?

USB HDD support is critical this generation and the XB1 supports it. Backwards compatibility is brilliant imo, I am using it to play older games for the 1st time without the need of the 360. The controller is fantastic and is only made better with the elite.

 

i like the controller(going back to the 360 feels off now), snap is a nice feature, being able to multitask is great, in fact i think multitasking is my favorite feature.

i don't like the pins screen, there is not enough room for them all, i'd like to see folders for pins, or tabs for games/apps.

not sure what you mean by $120 for Metro Redux, i got a digital copy at launch for $49(that is for both games), seen some good sales, like during the Christmas sale there were a bunch games that were 50% off, but PC games are almost always cheaper and have
better sales.

the whole console vs. PC debate is not a good one to have, PC will always stand on top, so it's a matter of preference.

 

I thought they were at 59 bucks a piece that's good to know. I would like to get them both for that price.

I'm having a time with my controller ,it started out where I was playing Shadows of mordor and the left stick started clicking. I sent it off right before the warranty expired..Now I'm having issues getting it to stay connected.It's off and on

I Wish I Could sit down and play without any issues right now,So I'm considering a card I guess my wife not wanting a pc in the living room is a down side as well.But I did come across a case shaped like console.That would be a tight fit and My first build.
I wondered why there's a debate looking at the specs of pc vs. consoles lately. There shouldn't be any at all by looking at it on paper..

 

Good and I really really really hate to say this. Improved graphics. So improved my wife is making budget for a new tv with 1080.

Bad, the layout. I have dig down to do a restart.

 

I like the layout and the interface.

But what I don't like is the update system.

The only way to get automatic updates is to use instant on mode.

I use energy saving and getting prompted to install updates when I just want to play can be annoying.

I wish the console would automatically download game updates when switching on and download system updates in the background then then give you the option to install them when shutting down just like you can on a pc.

 

Being able to multitask is my favorite thing. What's better than playing a game and watching twitch/netflix. Pretty awesome imo.

What I don't like? I don't really know.

 

Yes Jasper definitely get the hi def set,Wow Man you are missing out.. They are already up to 4k resolution on pc , So get at least a 50 inch in 1080 on credit or at a pawn shop or anything, something..Especially with games like the witcher 3 coming out.

 

Alariaria I've been doing that for atleast 10 years now..You can do that on a PC right from the couch all of that and wireless too...And Windows 8 looks just like the xbox one on tv.. Wow I started when my old hdtv sound went out,I hooked it up via hdmi
..I already had surround pc speakers so Boom! I'll never use LCD monitors again..Now 4k monitors, that's a different story check those out next time you're in Best buy

All i need is that card with 3mb of Vram from eBay for a couple hundred for the gaming.And that wireless 360 controller . With games up to $70.00 vs whats on pc and free multi player I just have a feeling it will pay for itself in the long run...Check back,

Speaking of streaming and Netflix and the likes;

Xbox one has advertised some kind of app now where you pay 20.00 a month and get all the channels like AMC,And all that mess that cable has.."Sling" I think it's called Sling, They have a special for Xbox one users,one month free trial..Would probably make
a nice match with a good Digital antenna for local channels. Digital signal sure does look nice and clear and true hd..That should help somebody save some money somewhere,Cut the cable!...

But it also works on PC as well...Don't know if you get the free trial on PC or not But they should, it's how netflix and Xbox live gold reelz 'em in.
