    Xbox App (windows 10) loud crackling noise in parties.

    Your problem could be coming from your headset splitter if you are using one. If not it might help to get tr one

    Edit: What headset do you have? Do you have discord on your pc?

    In Microsoft there is a 14 day grace period to request a refund but please be reminded that it’s not guaranteed. I got you this screenshot:

    Do you have a possibility to try connecting to a VPN outside of USA?

    In the topic next door it seems to help, can be an outage in your region.

    sorry, answering your question with a question:

    has anyone tried using the xbox app to request a refund? I don't have it installed, but would install it if that works -- I'm experiencing the same problem today.

    update: just learned that this cannot be done in the app and still no luck logging in to the support website.
