What do you do when your Xbox says you have to buy something again even if you bought it once

Just double check that you are on the account that made the purchase.

sign out in in to the same account the purchase was made from and if it does not work contact Xbox Support

You have to talk to Xbox support.

Sorry for the issue with the game. You can go on the account website and check your

order history to make sure you did purchase and it says purchased or completed. Sometimes on rare occasions they get charge back or refunded due to someone requested it. If they do show purchased on your profile, we recommend to uninstall and reinstall
the profile. Most common times you get this is if you are on the wrong account.
