if you have an external hdd connected, remove it to see if wifi returns, if so then the hdd is taking to much power from the usb bus.

I'm sorry to hear that. Here are the steps that you can try for your concern.

Solution 1. Power cycle your console

Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

Solution 2. Try to do a soft factory reset without removing any games and apps.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings > System > Console info > reset then keep my games and apps.

NOTE: This will delete the profiles on your account, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

this is doesn't not have anything to do with xbox or anything that Microsoft can fix it is all with your wireless modem it is probably something to do with your Nat, DCHP.ports or with your wireless connectivity its easily fixable if you know what your doing

When you play, do you typically have something in front of the xbox, anything that’s in front of it could be breaking the connection between the xbox and your controller.

The only issue with MS being able to do anything about this is that a denial of service attack doesn't hit just your Xbox and it doesn't come across Xbox live. It's an attack on your internet connection as a whole, directed at your ISP provided external
IP, which MS has no direct control over. Your best course of action with this is to contact your ISP and see is they can assist you in defending your connection.
