What do you do when you don't write down the 25 digit code to finish redeeming a v bucks card?

The secondary code is sent to the email address associated with your Epic Games account, but it can also be found on your Epic Games account transaction history page. If you didn't receive a copy of this code via email, I'd suggest checking your Epic Games transaction history.

1) Sign in at https://www.epicgames.com/account/personal

2) Go to "Transactions" and then select "V-bucks Card Redemption" from the drop-down menu.

3) Doing this will allow you to see the V-bucks card you redeemed on your account, as well as its secondary code.

If the secondary code is not on your account's transaction history, you'll need to contact Epic Games for further assistance.

Start by going to epic games, clicking on the account icon and selecting “redeem code” and enter the code on the V Bucks Gift Card. You will have to sign into your Microsoft account from here when you select to redeem on Xbox.

This will then send you an email with the Gift Card translated into a Microsoft code.

Go on to your Xbox and navigate to “Redeem”. Enter the translated 25 digit code from your email.

Voila.

I understand, but there are Gift Cards for different platforms, each with its own type of code.
