Mine has the same problem. I was playing MW3 and the entire opposing team was made up of a common clan and they stated they were reporting everyone on my team for cheating because they lost. I haven't cheated, nor do I really know what I'm doing too much
yet (strategy wise) on MW3, let alone how to cheat.

It is against the COC and TOU so it would be considered cheating dependant on how you were doing it. For example, lets say you're on the opposing team on MW to your friend and you let them kill you to get their KD up and levels, that would be considered
cheating.

If you get complains they don't ban you. They have ways of checking what you are doing if you not cheating you have nothing to worry about. The people making false claims will get in trouble. You will get in trouble if someone on your team is cheating and
you keep playing with them.
