What do we really with 14 days xbox live gold trial code which we get with Xbox One bundle?

I purchased an new xbox one (with free Fifa 15) and it came with Xbox live Gold Trial for 14 days. I redeemed my code but it shows nowhere that my Gold subscription is active. I can't download any game which if free with Gold subscription.

Xbox live gold

We bought Xbox one S which came with a "free xbox gold for 14 days" code, we get a message saying "code has been redeemed" , but don't seem to have the gold deals and discounts.

any ideas?

Lost Connection to Xbox Live

Hi,

I just bought Xbox One to my son for birthday present. We live in Sweden and I bought the European version. I used the 14 days trial code for Xbox Live Gold to connect to Live. It worked initially, but after closing down the console and starting up again,
we were not connected to Live anymore. I cannot use the code again and I do not know how to re-connect. It was only a few hours after we activated Live, so the 14-days period has just started.

What should I do?

same problem. I had contact with xbox support center and they told me that they are working on this problem.

but it should have already been fixed. problem remains...

In the Games with Gold T's & C's it states that Games with Gold games are not redeemable on a non-paid Xbox Live Gold Trial.

Trial codes will not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to certain aspects of online multiplayer. You need a full paid gold subscription for things like the games with gold offers.

Er...my question is that a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code', right?

I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

Please help to clarify.

just purchased the tomb raider 1tb xbox one bundle, which comes with a 14 day xbox live gold trial. it actually says "activate your 14 day xbox live gold trial." i am having the same issues. cannot dl free games, yet able to chat. if i try to dl a free game,
it wants me to upgrade to gold. WTF? it says live gold trial! explain that!
