What do the handshake and scale symbols mean on the enforcement site

hi my xbox comes up with console ban with red handshake symbol but cannot find the enforcement in any of my accounts it does not say permanent or anything, can someone help me or explain what this means

Any Enforcement action stays in your account. You just get a handshake instead of a hammer symbol.

I think it's just an icon that they added themselves in their profile name, in such case it doesn't mean anything at all.

Same for people using a 'verification' check-mark, doesn't mean a thing either, it's not something official.

Side not, the other symbol isn't the Ambassador symbol, it's just the Xbox Logo.

But I ain't asking that, I am asking what does it mean. I'm not asking on how to shorten the time or anything like that...

For future reference - any questions related to issues and concerns regarding enforcement and enforcement actions on Xbox Live should be looked at only on the Xbox Enforcement website. The Enforcement website is the most trustworthy and reliable source for this kind of stuff. https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US Support agents and community people who answer questions cannot do anything about enforcement things or really comment on enforcement things.

I, myself, don't personally know as my experience with enforcement has been very limited in my Xbox career. It most likely means what you have said it does - I couldn't find much info on the symbols. In order to see you previous enforcement action history, log in to the enforcement website and find that dashboard and it should tell you.
