What do I need to spend to my next Star Rank?

Hello,

I know this is a repetitive question of mine that was already previously answered, but I'd like to know once again what I need to spend in order to get to MyVIP Star Rank 4.

I am asking this again for a purpose - I'm planning on completing the Pre-order Punchcard that is currently active, and I'd like to see the maximum benefit come from these purchases.

This also leads me to another question - the amount back I receive for digital purchases, in the case of a pre-order, do you consider my account's Star Rank at the time of pre-order purchase, or at the time of game release?

P.S. Last time I submitted to this support forum, my question was answered promptly within 24 hours, but I did not receive any notification of any sort that there had been a reply. May I ask that I be notified that there has been a reply to this, or see
if there is some reason as to why I wouldn't see a notification?

Hi CoachxBrown. You currently need $94 in order to get to level 3. We are not resetting progress to the MyVIP Star Rank at the end of the year, so you'll be good!

As the end of the calendar year approaches, I'd like to know how close I am to my next star ranking, so I may finish off and spend what is needed in order to qualify for the next year.

How can I tell what I am currently at/what the remaining amount needed is to complete this?

I've been told Microsoft sends out emails letting you know this exact info, but I have not seen anything up till this point in my emails, and I'd like to know as soon as possible.

Support will check on how much you need to spend, but preorders do not count towards VIP at all. So they will not count towards your ranking or your rebate. In order for a game to count towards VIP, you have to purchase it after release..

To receive email notifications of replies to your thread, click "Settings" at the top of this page and check the box there.

You need 286.78 more in spending to your next rank. However, please note that pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and do not award payback or progress in any way. Also note that you do not get Credits for both an offer and MyVIP payback, so even if those
purchases had been eligible for MyVIP, they would not have awarded payback, and would have gone toward the offer instead.
