What do I need to get my credit deposit?

Please, I've asked for the money deposit twice this year but I just don´t get it, I was reading the faq and I still have doubts.

Do I need to link a credit or debit card to my account in order to get the deposit? or it's enough to buy a gift card ? Please I really wan't to keep playing, thanks.

As the title states, I have not gotten my Xbox Live Rewards credits for my purchase. What do I need to do to get the credits applied to my account?

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly
