What do I need to do/get to have Uk Xbox One working in Brazil?

Hi , Im looking to buy a Xbox One to my niece in Brazil will it work ? Can she just buy a new power supply and cable plug there ? Will the games there physical and digital work ok ?

Hi

If it is an original Xbox One with an external power supply then you will need to purchase a replacement power brick. You can get one by contacting Xbox Support here:
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

If it is an S or X model, then you only need to change the cable to suit your power outlet and the internal supply will work across different voltages.

Purchased content should still work as before as should disc games.

The games work the only thing that can happen is a game that has locality limitations, only that, when the console, I think when it arrives in Brazil, it selects as locality and language will work perfectly, the only problem I see is if the console comes
out as UK functionality, and of course the power cord will have to replace. Doesn't it pay to buy straight in the BR?

Yes your games will work and you just need a power cable. However, please note that movies on BluRay/DvD are normally region locked, so they won't work. Digital movies, however, on Netflix, Amazon etc will work.
