    What do I lose if I clear my system cache?


    I'm having troubles downloading a game on xbox and I think I will have to clear my cache. However I don't want to lose a lot of my games, DLC, friends, etc.

    So if someone can tell me what you lose when you clear your cache I'll be really grateful!

    Clearing your system cache!

    i have been advised to clear my system cache by an xbox ambassador so i stop randomly disconnecting from live whilst playing borderlands 2 but i want to know what it will do, will i lose game saves?will i lose online ranks or saved data?will my gamerscore
    reset?Will i lose all of my DLC's?I want to clear it but i dont want to lose anything

    What do I lose if I clear my system cache?

    You won't lose anything important when you clear your cache. The cache basically holds background updates. All you'll notice is that you'll need to perform an update on your games after you start them again.
