I did the form but I'm just worried that my form will not pass since the account is pretty old so I don't know for certain if the information I gave will match it 100 percent, Will this have a negative effect on the process?

I have no enforcements taken against my account currently and my headset works fine on any other platforms and today i also discovered on other accounts logged in on the same pc the mic still works fine. I really do not know what this issue could be?
