    What do I do when I can't remember the email attached to my gamertag?


    Essentially, I cannot sign in for the life of me to the account attached to this email, and before I had no problems doing this, the correct gamertag was attached to the correct email. Now, no matter what email I use to try and sign in, I cannot sign into the account I need to sign into.

    Hello Flax5, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your account.

    This support link https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-pro.... has some tips on how to find your email address if you're already logged into a device with your account.

    However, if you're unable to find the email address you may need to try logging in to https://account.microsoft.com and when you are unable to you can select the Forgot option to try and recover it

    If you can't remember the account "Passcode", what you need to do is delete the gamertag (Profile only *NOT* Profile and Games) from your Xbox, then recover the gamertag again using the email and password attached to it.

    I have a similar problem! I changed my gamertag a few months back- When I logged in a month or so ago , the gamertag i associate with my email account was changed ! What I'm asking is, can I go back to using my original gamertag or do I use another email
    account with this same gamertag attached !
