    What do I do know that Amazon left me hanging?


    I just got an email from Amazon saying that they are no longer retailers for the All Access program and that I will not be able to upgrade to the Xbox Series X/S through them and that if I want to I need to go to the Xbox site. I did just that but didn't
    see anything concerning us Amazon All Access guys. I am supposed to be able to upgrade early per the promotion that allowed me to upgrade earlier than the normal 18 months.

    I'm just trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do now. Thanks

    This is the part I'm concerned with. Part of the agreement for using all access was to take advantage of getting the series x 6 months earlier than normally allowed. I want to know if those of us that did Amazon last year are still going to be allowed to
    upgrade after our 12 monthly payments?

    "if you sign up for Xbox All-Access ahead of December 31, 2019 and purchase and Xbox One X, you can upgrade to the Project Scarlett after making 12 monthly payments."
