What do I do if I THINK a virus has removed Minecraft off my account?

My apologies to hear about what happened on your account. With regards to Microsoft account inactivity, there is a possibility that your account has been deleted as per the inactivity FAQ of Microsoft there is a 1 to 2 year period before an account got deleted based on https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil...

But if you were able to access it lately or within the said period of time then there might still be a chance your account is still active. If a different gamertag is showing when you sign in to your account it means it is a different email address you have used for your old gamertag.

Hey guys, I have the same problem that Mig369 has on my laptop, but on a slightly bigger scale.

The problem is that I can't play any music and no videos on the app. I tried to play videos on the media player, but the sound is gone. Even when I try to watch videos on youtube, same thing, no sound.

I thought that it's probably the work of a virus, so I did a full system scan... and I was right, because I did find a virus in the system and I removed it. But I think that the virus might have done some damage to my PC before it got removed. So the question
is... what do I do???
