What do i do if i have error E100 00000703 80910002 and its just stuck on update?

i have looked up the error code E100 00000703 80910002 but no infomation telling you what the error is for as i have said i have tried all the start up errors none have seemed to fix it i get 7 small noises like the
hardrive is tryn to read data when its on the update screen witch is stuck on 54% then just goes back to something went wrong the last update on my console is from novermber 2018as ive checkd the os against the ones on the support page

Due to the current connection you have I know campus's have certain restrictions etc. If you are unable to update successfully, I suggest doing the same as you have in past or even go to any place off campus to update.

None of them work, and i cant send it back as the roiginal repair is still open, so it will only let me raise a repair for an accessory

agent just called, but as it was 20:01 and they close at 20:00 cut the call off
