    What do I do if I claimed the Xbox Series S bundle on the wrong account and now my items are not on my main account?

    I did this and I claimed all three exclusive items on my brand new xbox account. I just got the xbox and I didn't actually know that I had an Xbox account already linked to my normal accounts and when I tried to unlink that account it said that if I did this, I would not be able to link a different Xbox account. I don't know what to do so now I just have some rare exclusive items sitting on a random account that I don't ever use. How can I get these items onto my normal account?

    What really ticks me is the fact they debited my account for the amount of the bundle on the 19th of Nov. I am pretty sure they claim they only debit/charge your account when the item ships.

    I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble claiming your bundled items.

    To clarify, do you see "Claimed - Included with this device" next to the item's picture at Settings > Account > Included with this Xbox Console?

    The reason why I'm asking is that bundled items can only be claimed once, and most users claim them during the initial console setup process. I'm referring to when you turn a console on for the first time and it asks for updates as well as your account information.

    It's worth mentioning that the "Claim for different account" button is just instructions on how you would need to go about claiming these items for a different account after the setup process. This button continues to appear even after the items have been claimed.
