what do i do if a random email is on this account so i can’t dispute an undeserved ban

Thanks. Although Support would not be able to help with this issue they have created a recovery page where you can try and recover the account. Please follow the steps at this information page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil... and complete the form to the best of your ability.

It may take a few tries to get the right combination of information for your account so please be patient.

i’m confused tho because she doesn’t know the email either, it’s a completely random one and different to what my xbox email was set up as. neither of us have any clue where it came from

what you have to do is say here is my account (no personal info like email etc) why was I banned?

Thanks Janet but i had a question if they do decide to appeal my ban will i need to have do anything with my email connected to my account or not? because i forgot the password and can’t access the email but i can still access my xbox account so do you think they will just let me go back to my account or do i need to do something before that
