What do I do about refund?

So I recently purchased Gears 5 and decided to wait out the issues. 3 weeks later, as described by the top thread in this forum gears 5 currently has issues.

I have filed for MANY refunds via the online form and they have denied me a refund on the policy that I have consumed the product. While I understand and respect Microsoft's policies I think it's fair for me to say that said policies should only apply to
working games and again, as stated above via Microsoft's official post the game is currently broken and there are no work arounds.

I have replied to said refund denials as per several agents' suggestion to which no one has bothered replying to and as well anyone I have contacted over the phone has advised the same thing as the online form is the only recourse. I am now stuck in an infinite
loop of being sent back to the online forum and receiving no replies from Microsoft.

Again, while I respect and understand Microsoft's policy the game is broken and need a suggestion as to what I can do.

How do I do it? I'm pretty new to this, and I also see that it says "Disputed charge" what does that mean?

That's the thing, it didn't cancel or anything like that, I bought it fully and nothing declined. But I was able to play it after it came out and everything but now I can't and I don't understand. I even have proof I bought it.

It should take 7 to 10 business days before you get your money back if the pre-order has been paid successfully.

Then since it does say that, I should get my money back right? How long do you think that'll take?
