what do i do about my package

On christmas i ordered a package from the microsoft store, specifically a mineral camo xbox controller. It was supposed to arrive 12/29/22, but it wasnt delivered and then got delayed in the ellenwood ga fedex location. Then it was updated, having a new tracking thread under the same number. Now this one made it all the way to out for delivery until it just got delayed again. Then ANOTHER thread was made, again, under the same tracking number, this time it was expected 1/13/23 but guess what? It got delayed again. I spent 2 days bickering with fedex until i was told this package was lost, and to get a refund. Now i went on the order history site for microsoft and requested a refund, expecting a lost package option. There was none. Now on the order history its asking me to ship the package i dont have via ups to texas. What do i do?

i went to the contact support and it sent me through a loophole 4 times.

Thanks for letting me know. You don't want to contact Xbox Support for this. What you'll want to do is search for 'The Microsoft Store Support'. From there you'll be able to find the number for your region and give them a call.

I think that in this case your best bet here would be to contact The Microsoft Store support line for more help. They can look into the what happened with the shipment and apply a refund if available.
