What did you think of Xbox E3?

Jambo. It was a bit of a gamble getting rid of the X1 before anything concrete was known admittedly, but it was a day one console and knowing my luck it would of died just as they announced the X1s lol. So yeah the gamble payed off in that respect.

What did you think of OWB?

I'm glad you like that one. I was so frustrated trying to get OWB to actually work for more than a minute. I had to delete it and several saves to get everything to finally work again. It did finally and now the game is back to it's normal self again. I
was starting to fell like a Lobotomite. Everything I tried failed until I just deleted backwards to the beginning of Honest Hearts. Then reloaded OWB and it took right off. Go figure. September 19? I should be here for it then. I have some advanced courses
I have to take the 23rd so I'll be home till then. I too am looking forward to the end of this SAGA. Strange Annoying Game Acting up.

 

What did you think of OWB?

I loved it. The only thing I had a problem with was how hard the robo-scropions were when you are like 35+.

It made me mad when I heard the Mobius released the cazadors into the Mojave.

 

Oh it paid off alright lol, looks like I'm selling my four for the price I paid for one.

With that said, 2013 was the time.

 

I honestly don't think the Scorpio will be as much as some think. If you look how cheap the amd rx 480 is and the amount of power it has, I'm sure ms will have a good deal with amd and if ms has to take a slight hit to make it affordable.....Well they can
do that.

I think ms are clever enough to see a big price will mean small sale's.

 

It will be release in a year and half,so everything inside Scorpio will be cheaper to make (and outdated)

I guess for something around $400 ($ 450,at max)

 

There were only two good things about the Xbox conference:

- MS finally understood how pathetic it was to region lock languages so in the future you can freely choose your country and language seperately on One

- Forza Horizon 3

All the other stuff was a big meh.

 

I agree, the riddance of the language region lock was the best thing they showed.

 

I think it would be a very bad idea to have the scorpio priced above $350 when it comes out. MS has YUUUUUUGE cash reserves and it can definitely afford to have the console sold at that price. they'll make the money back on other stuff....

 

I think MS will sell both consoles. The XboxOne S and the Scorp. The Scorp will run a few hundred dollars more giving the consumer the choice of a cheaper less power platform or a more expensive more powerful one. Thus appealing to a broader range of
people.

 

Not sure why nobody has mentioned new Arena feature which will allow gamers to create and compete in tournaments by themselves or with friends. Studios will also be creating their own tournies for their games.

EA/DICE have confirmed BF1 will be available as one of the games supporting this. Thats huge for XBL Battlefielders to have this functionality. Will add a tonne of life to the game, broadening the esport base which has struggled across numerous 3rd party
sites since bfbc1 due mostly to the larger player requirements BF requires means without regular activity teams disapate.

That is handsdown the best thing at the xbox e3 presentation

 

The PSN doesnt have anything like this.....so yeah good to be on XBL

If you think it's going to be under $350 you're kwazy. (with a k)

If they have a required VR headset device packaged with it (remember kinects?) it will probably go for no less than $499.99.


After all, it's the most powerful console ever! (so they say. lol) No matter what they charge, there will be those who buy it. Look on Ebay when a new console comes out and look at what idiots pay for these things.

 

I'm willing to bet my left nut VR won't be required, not after the uproar with kinect. Could be optional package's including Oculus maybe.
