    Well since the last thread i started got locked without answering my question, so i am asking myself and you:

    Have i done something wrong to be treated like that, as a paying customer?

    If this is the wrong place to complain, please, move the thread instead of just closing it, this would be much more responsible and saves servercost. Since im gonna ask again and again till i got my answer or sell my xbox...

    First of all i dont like how Misses Quinzel ("official staff") locked my thread without answering the question. She pointed me to go to Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice "to
    make my voice heard" this is ridiculous. How can this type of answering a valid question be seen as good support or any support at all? even if it is in the wrong place what i dont believe since i stated the question in > Forums

    on xbox.uservoice.com we are almost 30000 people in the skate3 thread and are trying to "make our voices heard" sine DECEMBER 2015. Its been 4 month and almost 5 month since skate3 got announced. and till this day NOTHING, no answer, no update, no apology.

    I guess we cant get our money back after 5 month, even if we couldnt play the game at all.

    This is just false advertisment and really bad support from Microsoft Staff. I wouldve imagine a big an "consumer friendly" company like MS could do better.

    We are used to get apologies from MS since years, it is sure not the first time MS done something wrong and we are still fans and paying willingly the overpriced XBL subscription and overpriced digital games.

    But this is getting ridiculous, It doesnt matter where you ask or who you ask everyone says the same thing without any basis and points to uservoice.com and when you go there nothing ...NOTHING since FIVE MONTH.

    Who is responsible for this, who can i contact to get any information? It sure isnt on uservoice.com we all tried that and i dare to point me there.

    Is there any real contact adress, any real people at the support staff who want to to their job and try to help the people who ultimatly pay their salary?

    Do i have to wright a letter to

    to get any real response?

    If so ill probably demand they delete anything related to me in the same letter, because that would be the last i want have anything to do with MS.

    This kind of company conduct wants me to get rid of everything MS related. my Nokia phone, my xbox and my laptop...

    On a sidenote. My Headset broke two weeks after the warranty ended (second headset by the way) and MS chat support refused to do anything, telphone support told me they gonna try to extend the replacement policy from the console to the accessories and nothing
    happend. Is everyone at MS shallow and doesnt give anything at all about the communtiy and longtime paying customers ? To even sell a headset with such a flimsy cable is a kind of crime in itself bcause its total clear it breaks after a half a year, but doing
    nothing after its clearly a faulty product is just shameful.

    The threads are closed as this is a support forum, not a feedback forum. The link Misses Quinzel gave you in the place to go to give feedback, which is a seperate site and why the thread is closed and you're directed there.

    Regarding Skate 3, we (and the support team) don't know when it will be released, so there is nothing more we can give. Its on the short list, so we can only hope it will be soon What did we do wrong ? :) Don't worry, I'm waiting for it too What did we do wrong ? :p There simply is no way to find out
    a specific date it will be released, if there was then it would be public knowledge and everyone would know already

    Regarding your headset, there is nothing that can be done if the warranty is up, so its unfortunate, but just the way it is What did we do wrong ? :( The warranty is for a set period of time, and that cannot be stretched or changed

    of post that is hard to sort as is imagine double that with feedback as well. I feel your pain but you must also see the bigger picture as well the support staff and the Ambassador Team all work hard to make sure everyone has their issue resolved as fast as
    we can there's only a limited number of staff and the Ambassador team.
