    Yes I did notice this problem after a supposed update, but I didn't keep track of the update and I didn't utilize the controller/headset combo until days after. I know it wasn't always acting up like this. I checked the firmware for the controller and it seems to be version 2.3.2388.0 and not the one you mentioned. I tried to see if there was an update and it states no update available. What can I do next?

    ANd yes, computers are updated to most recent update. Controller is not though.
