What did I get suspended for

I was watching YouTube when suddenly it says someone else has signed into my Xbox live account then after it then said I've been suspended until 12/01/2017 but nobody has my password.

Microsoft can you fix the auto renewal because your making every one owe on what they did not even purchase and fix the suspension for payment

I'm a bit confused by your post. Are you saying you had auto renew off, and your account was suspended due to non-payment?

When you get suspended it will say someone signed into your account right before the suspension is issued if you are online at the time.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you the reason & length of your suspension or you can check on the enforcement site
http://enforcement.xbox.com/home where you can file for a case review if eligible.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can tell you why you were suspended.

To add to what the other people have said.

I am not sure where you got that you were reported at 10:00.

Is that when your suspension started?

If so that is not when you were reported that is when the enforcement team finished their investigation and put the suspension on your account.

How to get suspended as an example not necessarily what happened to you:

1. You send out a message to someone that violates the code of conduct

2. The person that receives that message reports the message to the enforcement team.

3. The enforcement team receives a snapshot of the message that was reported and determines if it violated the code of conduct.

4. If the message violated the code of conduct then they put a suspension on the account.

5. If the message did not violate the code of conduct then the person that sent it would be put on a list of people that have falsely made reports and if they get to many of them then they would be subject to an enforcement action.

Because an investigation can take time it does not necessarily mean that the time that you were suspended was the time that the violation happened it just means that is the time that the enforcement team finished their investigation.
