I haven't been sending hateful messages and I just got banned for Breaking the Microsoft terms of service the worst thing I've done is send someone a Sh*t emoji IS USING EMOJI BREAKING THE TERMS OF SERVICE EXPLAIN (it says I specifically was banned because
of communication)

What did i do???

No one on the forums can tell you as the enforcement team do not use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why & how long or the enforcement site is the only place to see.

You've been marked as Cheater, which will reset your entire GS. If you earned an achievement by cheating or any kind of modding, it will restart your gamerscore to 0. Any question regarding your reset, please post here

you feel the suspension is in error.
