    What did I do to receive a letter from the enforcement team?


    I received a letter from the enforcement team telling me my son had done something wrong. I'm not sure what happened and he says he doesn't know what could have happened. The account does not have any privileges blocked and Xbox
    support could not see any active suspensions. I am trying to figure out what happened or if he did do something wrong. I want to make sure this does not happen again. Please help me figure this out.

    i did receive an email from the enforcement team that my acct was banned until 9/3/17, but as of today, 9/3/17, i still cannot communicate with my friends. What do i need to do now?

    I'm sorry to hear that you have been banned. You should have received an email and letter stating the reason(s) for your punishment. Did you receive this letter?

    the letter states something posted was found inappropriate. That would mean obviously my son didn't know what he was posting was inappropriate so I need to know what it was so I can teach him. Is there anyway for me to find that out?

    I Was perma-banned Without explanation & my entire library was stripped from me.

    You should have received an email from the enforcement team to your Microsoft account email telling you what you were perma banned for.

    Totally agree, the enforcement team have a serious visions of Grandeur. They like playing God and there is nothing you can do about it.

    I have emailed, telephoned, physically wrote letters but no one will acknowledge you about "The Enforcement Team". it would be easier getting feedback

    from Area 51 than from those guys.
