What did I do to get a suspension

now how am I suppose to know that the support team keeps telling me to look over the code of conduct case I had this problem on June 21 and that question didn't pop up until yesterday so how am I suppose to know that site

there are no links or set of links that shows me where the right answer is this is only "Sorry. that's incorrect....." doesn't tell you where in the code of conduct that said it you just have to guess and hope you get it right I mad it up to the last question
and the last question was "participants in the enforcement united program are part of the enforcement team." I looked in the code of conduct for that answer and there was nothing about it nothing and I got it wrong because of questions like that makes it where
no one can get up with the enforcement team

In order to answer correctly to the questionnaire you should be aware of the Code of Conduct. read it carefully and try to submit your request for a review again.

oh so you want me to learn from my mistake of going to support about a bug that you guys have in your system and was trying to get if fix but instead of getting it fix I get a suspension from listening to xbox support to get something fix that is real helpful
