What could be the problem signing in on only my Xbox?

I couldn't sign in at all last night on my Xbox one but could sign in on the Xbox 360 no problem

The problem is only on my Xbox. I recently added a friend and today realized that the friends list was frozen again and that I could only see if they were on or not is by clicking onto their profile. Also I am signed into the correct account.

Can't sign into Xbox Live and this error shows up as no support for it. What's up? I'm not the only one reporting it.

That sounds like it could work. The only problem is that I don't have an XBox console. I'm encountering this problem when I try to sign into Games for Windows or the games app on my Windows 8 laptop. I also experience this problem on the XBox website when
I try to upgrade my account or change my privacy settings.
