What chatpads are compatible with the Series X Wireless Controller? Is there an official...

I'm afraid Microsoft haven't stocked the official chatpad on the store for a long time. It seems they have stopped selling them entirely. Currently you can only buy one from third party stores like Amazon or Ebay.

Yes, because all the official xbox one controllers are compatible with all xbox one consoles (original, S, S all digital & X) and even with the future Series X. All the xbox one controllers have the wireless protocol, the newer versions of the controller
have also the bluetooth but it is not used to communicate with the xbox one consoles.

Xbox wireless controllers, including the latest Xbox Wireless Controllers included with the Xbox Series X and Series S consoles, are compatible with the Xbox Series S. In addition, some older Xbox One wireless controllers work with the Xbox Series S. As for third-party wireless controllers, the compatibility depends on the specific controller and whether it is designed to work with the Xbox wireless protocol. The Ant eSports controller you mentioned appears to be a third-party controller designed for PC gaming, and it may not be compatible with the Xbox Series S.

Well I was thinking a simple cable would fix it, but that puck actually required the extra pins on the official controller. Here is what it says on their support site

,"The X3/X4 Talkback cable "Puck" is not compatible with the XBOX 360 Messenger Kit (a/k/a "Chatpad"). Please note that the Talkback cable for the X3/X4 Headphones had to have the power (stabilizer) pins in order to provide the Chat capability, which made
it incompatible with the Chatpad. There is no adapter/converter that can be used for this purpose. The X31/X41 series have an entirely different Talkback Cable design, as they are based on a different wireless technology."

If I were you I go with the X32 since it's in you're price ragne at $100. Although the Dolby Surround on the X42 would give you way better positional audio ques, but it's $160.
