What cars should I use for each event in Forza 5?

I wanted to know which cars should I use in each event to win each race in story mode like what are the best cars to select? I really want a car list as an answer so I can buy them and win each event race in the shortest possible time.

forza 4 single player

go to event list and look for the green and blue squares in the different events(this tells you what events you have cars available for).

Blue=garage cars eligible

-

Green=current car eligible

-

grey=no cars available

-

as for the career, you are prolly going to need an omoligated racing car, for a multi-class event.

But to raise some extra credits go into event list under career and use the cars you've earned to complete the green and blue colored event boxes. don't worry, if you complete events in event list they will still pop up in career since the career, once completed,
just starts over.

 

Assetto Corsa: Anyone picking it up?

From what I know. This one actually tries to compete with big boy racing sims on consoles(FORZA and GT). By have over 100 cars out the gate. Unlike PC did with only like 60 cars. And 60 cars is not worth the $60 at launch. If go by price that PC come out.
And brake it down for each are. It was a dollar each. While FORZA 5 you basically paying the cars in the game by the penny's.

 

If your only goal is to win each event in the shortest amount of time possible - just turn the drivatar difficulty down to the lowest level. At that point the choice of car will not matter.

 

Can you still "hire a driver" like you could in past versions of Forza? Might as well just do that, then you wouldn't have to play the pesky game at all.

 

I've never used the drivatar to complete a single career race in any of the Forza games so I didn't think to check this feature on FM5.

OP, you might want to check the leaderboards on various tracks for a given class then cross reference which of the cars that appear on a regular basis will qualify for the career race you want to run.

 

1) There isn't a "story mode." Why would you even use this term? It's a racing game. There is no story. There is no plot. You get cars and race in cars.

2) There's some debate as to what car is "best." All cars can be upgraded, so all cars eligible for the event at hand can be upgraded to the maximum performance level allowable for that event, making them more or less equal. You can split hairs and say
this car is the better choice because it does this thing a bit better than the other options and this thing is a bit more useful in the events than that thing, but for the most part it doesn't much matter. It might be a big deal if car A can lap more of the
tracks a second faster than cars B, C, and D if you were a serious player playing on harder difficulty, but your topic post suggests that you're a casual player who won't be taking this very seriously or playing on a higher difficulty so a few fractions of
a second off your laps won't make much difference for you.

 

I'm a hardcore gamer that plays 40+ hours a week I just wanna know in the cars affordable before I start racing in the SP races which one of them is the fastest for that selected event of 16 races example Sports Compact Series has 94 races in total for that
total championship series and 16 races for each small event and I can pick a certain car for that event only I wanna know which ones are the fastest ones for the cars affordable before each small event.........I'm not talking about MP and upgrading my car
here I'm talking about SP Championship Series and the best cars to pick from that are default that the game makes me pick from before each event.

 

1. Other than you, who cares if he called it "story mode"? We all know what he means so stop being a jackwagon.

2. Again, just like in every Forza game to date, there are certain cars which are fastest in a given class so, like I said, check the leaderboards to see which they are.
