That's a really good point, I would think that numerous feedback on the same topic will definitely earn the attention of the devs. If you want to start somewhere, I would try to get this idea spread out as much as possible to get as many people with you.
Another Idea as stated before is to get alot of people to send Xbox Insider feedback because since Insider is just previews and tests of future updates Im sure if enough people were to get into the idea, they would consider interpreting it into live servers.

I assume that they were losing lots of money there so that's why they discontinued it but they may have something else in store for the Xbox when it comes to a Kinect like thing when the new Xbox x series comes out

Making the Kinect 2.0 a secondary option and not a mandatory one would be better for everyone,it would mean those that are happy with the Kinect can have it and those with concerns about the Kinect 2.0 can play online or offline without it and not have any
problems.

I think it would be a bad idea if Microsoft remove the Kinect 2.0 on Xbox One.
