What can xbox enforcement do about the new core service tampering software

I've seen a post from as early as back in February 2020 about the new tampering software.

I assume its been available for longer but since the last few months its getting really popular

Where someone can remove people from parties they down own and it will say the owner did it

Also joining parties they aren't invited or should have access too and not able to be kicked

Really not a good look on xbox security if such a simple core aspect cant be safeguarded or secured

What can enforcement do about this? If the exploit has not been fixed are they actively banning abusers ?

I know all about this, there are people with ban tools (unauthorised) banning players, there are packet sniffing tools to get your ip through a party, these scripts is called t3s or OctoSniff, fseo & kopywriting are the only people i know with unkickable
script, microsoft cannot fix these.

Code of Conduct or these Terms, and download Xbox app software updates or configuration changes, including those that prevent you from accessing the Xbox Services, or from using unauthorized hardware or software that enables cheating or tampering.

As well as a link to the Code of Conduct.

Basically, using any unauthorized software or hardware is against the rules.

If a game does not support mouse and keyboard, best to play it with a controller or ask the developers if they will add mouse and keyboard support.

Specifically what clause in the Microsoft Services Agreement or Xbox Live Code of Conduct do you believe is being violated by Microsoft manufacturing new hardware for their console?

The Xbox Live Code of Conduct lists cheating and tampering as using unauthorized hardware or software, exploiting game vulnerabilities and glitches, making unauthorized modifications to an account or profile, or intentionally playing with someone using unauthorized
software or methods. Nowhere does the Code of Conduct or Microsoft Services Agreement state they can't manufacture first party products for their console that may provide an advantage, nor do they promise a perfectly level playing field on Xbox.
