What can i do with Achievements not unlocking

There are two achievements that won’t unlock, in the game Assassins creed the ezio collection, I’m missing an achievement that you should unlock at the beginning of the game, I even tried to do it again in a new save and it didn’t work, it’s just stuck and I want to unlock all achievements. Is there a solution for this? I’ve tried what the troubleshoot page said (restarting the console, etc) and nothing seems to work.

hi. im mel and im an idependent advisor. it seems from reading others experiences with this game that the achievements not unlocking is very common and there is no fix for it as of yet. some things that have worked for others are- not having any other games open, always quit to the menu after playing, reset console before playing and check to see FPS boost is off.

Hey there, BKLortz! To clarify what is going on, are these achievements listed as "Done! Unlocking..." or are they simply not unlocking for you?

We are aware of achievements taking longer than normal to fully unlock. If your achievements simply say that they are unlocking, the only thing you can do is wait for them to fully unlock.

As of right now, the only achievements not unlocked on your account that I can see are Firestarter and 4 Baba Yaga achievements. Are there others that you are missing?

Can you elaborate more? What system, which achievement? What are you doing to try and unlock it?

There is no such thing as an "achievement ambassador".

Do you own a smart phone? Sometimes, when there are issues with achievements not unlocking, you can check on Smartglass and it will say "Done Unlocking", meaning you've done what's required for the achievement, it is just stuck in a queue.
