What can i do to stop it

What can I do to stop my xbox turning off by itself it not near any heaters and its well ventilated but I noticed it happens when my cat dropped it and it cashed to the ground it might have something to do with that. I think he might have activated something
in the xbox and its not broken because it shakes it and I heard nothing moving only the fan or whatever it is that it. What can I do I got a new game but I can even use it now!

I know what propane is traditionally used for,i don`t understand why someone would try and sell it on xbox live.

Maybe its a code word for something else,being a cod game maybe its mods.

Xbox live cannot be used to sell anything,report the messages and they will be investigated.

no cat drop here but mine shuts off around an hr of being on no matter what I'm doing on it or if it's just sitting on. And it's new, its been driving me up the wall. I've tried every troubleshooting solution they gave me but nothing is working. Feel like
I should of gotten a ps4 some days lol it's also telling me my one s is out of warranty....its 3mths and 2 weeks old. There's no way the one year warranty is up. I also can't find a number to talk to a real person without waiting 40mins. I feel your pain!

Hey there,

The option to delete local saved games will erase any potentially corrupt game data that could be on the hard drive. It's a form of troubleshooting in case the issue is being caused by a corrupt file. Data will not be permanently deleted as all game data
is updated and saved to the
Xbox Live Cloud storage that is available to all accounts as long as there is a stable connection to the Xbox Live Servers.

Try out all of the steps that are listed on the guides that were posted previously and let us know the results!
