Tried everything and still can’t connect to xbox live

for 2 weeks now I have received message ‘can’t connect to Xbox live please try later’ . I have done everything on the website and hard re-set, checked internet, up address etc - pay a months rolling subscription and can’t access it. Can’t get through via
phone as waited and waited. Very frustrating

Any advice ?

I try to sign in but I can’t

Hello all.

When I try to sign in by pressing to Xbox guide button -> sign in, the screen where you actually provide your password doesn’t come up.

After a while, the guide tab appears from the side, and leaves me where I was before.

Sometimes a message appears saying:

Please try again

For some reason Microsoft account had taken too long to start. (0x8027025a)

I’ve tried again many times but nothing has worked.

If anyone has a solution, it’d be much appreciated.

I don’t know if I kept my games or not. I had to do the hard reset offline because I wasn’t connect to internet and it said something about it will still remove the contents from of this Xbox or something like that. once it reset though I selected language but I’m stuck on the connection part, I can’t get past it since I can’t connect to the internet.

Same issues here, connected once and have Destiny connection errors so powered down and reset router. Powered everything back on and the xbox one apparently can connect to the the Internet, show me my connections speeds and states a great Multyplayer connection
however the main screen keeps asking to connect to Xbox Live. Xbox shows no signs of being connected to the internet no matter what I do.

I can sign in through Microsoft, and I do have 2fa enabled, I used the auto-generated “app password” to sign in, and it says I can’t connect to Xbox live but the internet test still says I can

It could be a bad download file, or could be an issue with your internet connection, or even an issue on Xbox's end. I would delete the save file and everything to do with the game, delete everything you can. Then do a hard reset on your console, and then
try to redownload it. Is there any chance that your internet/wifi connection is fluctuating on and off and possibly it's dropping off or the console is not getting a good signal?
