What can i do to resolve my suspension on my account if i didn't do it

I recently got a 1 day suspension on my account for inappropriate ccommunication.. However my stepbrother is the one who did this on my account.. is there anyway to resolve my suspension since my stepbrother did this... thanks

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop people from doing this.All accounts on that console will have the same restrictions as the suspended account
but will work on other devices.

Nothing you can do about the console suspension but you can file for a case review on the account suspension if eligible on the enforcement site

Ok daft I just submitted the review and i got some more info they didn't suspend me from playing online nor from my console yet i have both those on me do you believe that is right for them to do if thats not what they said they were gonna ban plus i have
more people that play on my xbox that did nothing it was just me

Nothing you are responcible for all actions on your account andand there is no need to share an account as all profiles can have home gold as long as there is a primary on the account

Really? Its been 6 weeks for me and counting. Seems a problem is brewing.

You can contact support and make an unauthorized access claim on your account. However, even though you now have access to this account, support will lock it down for up to 30 business days while it is being investigated. Whether you want to do that would
depend entirely on how much was spent on your card.

You weren't 'hacked' as that isn't possible, there are many ways of losing access to an account via phishing scams, weak passwords, social engineering etc, etc.
