What can i do to login to my Xbox account or solve the banned situation

I am hopeless at this point with my Xbox one S account and not being able to sign in, with all my years of gaming on Xbox this is the first I've encountered a problem such as this, I've been given some methods from some amazing youtube videos on how to resolve the error but even after trying them the problem still pops up after a while. I then checked the Xbox status and it said ( Up and Running, Limited and Outage) then i went deeper into research to find another method but only to find out that my account or console has been banned due to many login attempts and request to change my password. would any kind soul know what the first step should be to resolve the situation. [please]

methods attempted

1. tried resetting my password

2. created a whole new account

3. login from the Xbox app on my phone

4. removed my account from the console

5. reset the console ( EVERYTHING )

6. held down the Xbox button for a 5 sec shutdown or reboot

Hi, my xbox live account was stolen and banned. When I returned the account, I tried to unlock it, to challenge the decision. As a result: my request was rejected and I can't play Destiny 2. Select the option "I can login" and you will be connected to solve the situation as you will need to recover the account to get it removed or keep using it

Xbox/Microsoft support can't unlink the accounts as this accounts are linked on the Epic servers

So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login
with this account since it was on the xbox banned console i have when it got banned

I let my cousin use my Xbox account for gold and games for gamerscore and the thing is she got banned on all of her accounts and my Xbox account was banned

Lending out your account, signing into accounts that you do not own, and/or sharing your account's login information are all against the TOS and can lead to permanent bans.
