    What can I do to install Age of Empires 4 on PC with Game Pass


    After playing Age of Empires 4 once, it refused to open a second time. In fact I tried to uninstall and reinstall and it completely disappeared from my app list however the files were still there and it was still showing up on my start menu. I have tried just reinstalling and encountered the error code 0x87e00196. I followed the instructions for the error code via Microsoft support by inputting

    Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

    into Windows Powershell Admin and encountered another error code.

    remove-appxpackage : Removal failed. Please contact your software vendor.Deployment Remove operation with target volume C: on Package Microsoft.GamingServices_4.67.21001.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe
    from: failed with error 0x80070002.

    I followed the link it provided and all I know is that it is "file or path is not found. This can occur during a COM typelib validation requires that the path for the directory actually exist within your MSIX package."

    What else can I do to solve this issue?
