What can I do to fix the Wizards Tower Dlc?

This happened to me as well. I am unable to purchase the Wizard’s Tower DLC on Xbox Marketplace on my console or on a desktop computer. I tried 4 times and have been charged but have no DLC. I’m using an Xbox Series X. I was able to download and purchase the other 9 DLCs with no issues. The Wizards Tower is the only DLC I am unable to purchase. Please tell me how I can download the DLC. Thanks for your time.

If you own the DLC, then you should be able to redownload it.

On Xbox 360 goto settings - account - download history, scroll down until you find the dlc, then redownload it.

On Xbox One goto my games and apps, scroll down to the game, highlight it, then press menu on the controller, and select manage game & DLC, then scroll to ready to install, and select the DLC to download it.

Also the Wizard Tower is still available

I am in the United States. My console and payment method are also.

Are you referring to the pop-up showing you the prices once you’re in game > options > downloads > view available content ?

If yes, I was testing this by myself and I was able to purchase the Wizard’s tower in my Xbox.

Are you able to see this recent purchase in your Microsoft account order history?

Your Xbox console region and the payment method that you want to use are the same as your physical location?
